Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience working under pressure in fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting up to 55 lbs
- Must comply with safety and company policies
- Available to work multiple shifts
- Must be able to work without direct store management supervision
- Able to handle cash and inventory control
- Understand laws related to restricted sales such as alcohol and tobacco
- Capability to maintain cleanliness and operational standards
- Willingness to embrace company initiatives and technologies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain overall safety
- Manage all GSR shift duties
- Oversee shift reconciliation procedures
- Conduct category counts
- Control cash and inventory
- Facilitate vendor check-in procedures
- Execute Thorntons food and beverage program
- Provide training on standard practices and food safety
- Ensure respect and coaching of team members
- Delegate and prioritize tasks during assigned shifts
- Work multiple shifts including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
- Assist in training new team members
