Job Requirements

  • must obtain a tuberculosis clearance certificate
  • physical and/or medical requirements
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • adherence to company policies and local regulations

Job Duties

  • assist gm in achieving restaurant's staffing and development goals
  • assist gm in monitoring/improving employee morale
  • personally coach staff
  • support training of employees
  • ensure safety is everyone's top priority
  • ensure compliance with all applicable laws
  • ensure compliance with all company policies
  • assist gm in achieving sales and profits to plan
  • display urgency in correcting daily financial control deficiencies
  • deliver/improve delivery of operational standards
  • ensure execution of excellent customer service
  • execute shift deployment as the mic
  • assist gm to ensure all food safety and brand standards are executed
  • open or close restaurant as required
  • ensure that safety is a priority for all employees
  • perform other duties as assigned
