- experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or similar environment
- strong understanding of food safety, guest service, and restaurant operations
- required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications
- flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- lead shifts focusing on guest experience and operational excellence
- serve as key holder responsible for opening and closing the restaurant
- delegate tasks to team members for efficient shift operations
- engage with guests and address concerns promptly
- assist in hiring, training, and mentoring team members
- maintain knowledge of FOH and BOH processes including food safety and cleanliness
- support inventory management and conduct line checks for food quality
- supervise cash handling ensuring accuracy and policy adherence
- complete health, safety, and regulatory compliance checklists
- resolve guest and team member issues professionally and escalate when necessary
- perform other duties or special projects as assigned
