Job Requirements
- Meet all minimum requirements of the Kitchen Lead role including those of Team Members
- 1+ year of experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurant retail or hospitality
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards
- Ability to speak read write and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
- Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to make confident decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to foster positive team culture and mentor employees
- Experience in scheduling coaching and performance oversight
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred
- Experience in fast-paced restaurant retail or hospitality environments
- Ability to multitask and maintain operational standards
Job Duties
- Step into any station as needed during shifts especially peak hours or understaffed shifts
- Handle customer concerns including allergy management and order accuracy
- Oversee multiple tasks and coordinate line operations tech tools and guest interactions
- Communicate effectively to delegate tasks problem-solve and align team and customer needs
- Monitor food quality safety protocols and order accuracy
- Enforce food safety procedures prevent cross-contamination and maintain allergen awareness
- Ensure team compliance with policies and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
