Job Requirements

  • meet all minimum requirements of the kitchen lead role including those of team members
  • 1+ year of experience in a shift leader or supervisor role
  • experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurant retail or hospitality
  • ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards
  • ability to speak read write and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
  • must be able to work at least 30 hours per week
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must be authorized to work in the united states

Job Duties

  • support team members across stations as needed especially during peak hours or understaffed shifts
  • handle first-level customer concerns and assist customers with allergies to prevent cross-contamination
  • multitask by overseeing line operations tech tools and guest interactions
  • communicate clearly to delegate tasks problem-solve and align team and customer needs
  • monitor food quality order accuracy safety protocols and complete digital reporting
  • enforce food safety procedures and allergen awareness to maintain a safe environment
  • ensure team compliance with restaurant policies and maintain safety for guests and staff
  • remain calm and professional during high-pressure or high-volume situations
  • perform all essential functions of the Kitchen Lead role including team member duties
