Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the kitchen lead role
  • One year or more experience as shift leader or supervisor
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location
  • Ability to work at least 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Step into any station as needed during shifts, especially peak hours
  • Handle first-level customer concerns and ensure allergy-safe order building
  • Oversee multitasking of line operations, tech tools, and guest interactions simultaneously
  • Use clear verbal communication to delegate tasks and problem-solve in real time
  • Monitor food quality, order accuracy, safety protocols, and digital reporting
  • Enforce food safety procedures and maintain allergen awareness
  • Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and maintain a safe environment for staff and guests
