Job Requirements

  • Meet all minimum requirements of the Kitchen Lead role including team member functions
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Shift Leader or Supervisor
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurant retail or hospitality
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining operational standards
  • Proficient in speaking reading writing and understanding the primary language of the work location
  • Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills fostering positive team culture and mentoring
  • Experience in scheduling coaching and performance oversight
  • Highly organized and reliable multitasker
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Step into any station as needed during shifts especially peak hours and understaffed times
  • Handle first-level customer concerns including allergy management and order customization
  • Oversee multiple tasks including line operations tech tools and guest interactions simultaneously
  • Delegate tasks communicate clearly and problem-solve in real time aligning team and customer needs
  • Monitor food quality order accuracy safety protocols and digital reporting
  • Enforce food safety procedures prevent cross-contamination maintain allergen awareness
  • Ensure team compliance with policies and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
