Job Requirements
- Meet all minimum requirements of the Kitchen Lead role including team member functions
- At least 1 year of experience as a Shift Leader or Supervisor
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurant retail or hospitality
- Ability to multitask while maintaining operational standards
- Proficient in speaking reading writing and understanding the primary language of the work location
- Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills fostering positive team culture and mentoring
- Experience in scheduling coaching and performance oversight
- Highly organized and reliable multitasker
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred
Job Duties
- Step into any station as needed during shifts especially peak hours and understaffed times
- Handle first-level customer concerns including allergy management and order customization
- Oversee multiple tasks including line operations tech tools and guest interactions simultaneously
- Delegate tasks communicate clearly and problem-solve in real time aligning team and customer needs
- Monitor food quality order accuracy safety protocols and digital reporting
- Enforce food safety procedures prevent cross-contamination maintain allergen awareness
- Ensure team compliance with policies and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
