Job Duties
- Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs
- maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
- uphold Toppers policies and procedures
- provide feedback and coaching to Team Members as needed
- be knowledgeable of delivery area map and traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes
- solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile
- provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner
- train new Team Members on daily tasks
- balance cash draw and prepare deposit
