Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Must complete and obtain the company-paid ServSafe Managers Certification within 90 days of hire
- Reliable transportation
- Familiar with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Must be able to work in any area of the restaurant
- Ability to bend, stand, walk all day
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule
- Must provide exceptional customer service
- Must enjoy bantering and interacting with others
- Punctuality, professionalism, and integrity
- Solid leadership characteristics
- Preferred 1 year high-volume restaurant supervisory experience in quick service or fast casual dining
- Move or transport up to 50lbs without assistance unless medically restricted
- Work 38-40 hours per week
- Communicate with GM/AGM/DM about issues
- Lead by example in quality, customer service, and appearance
- Create consistent high-quality food
- Maintain a cleaner restaurant than others
- Ability to multitask and sense of urgency
- Interface with customers
- Full understanding of accountability and integrity
- Key holder responsibilities
- Perform all tasks related to opening and closing the store
- Knows how to bake bread and perform all prep
- Proficient in slicing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Demonstrated leadership characteristics and ability to lead a crew of 2 to 5 people
