Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must complete and obtain the company-paid ServSafe Managers Certification within 90 days of hire
  • Reliable transportation
  • Familiar with Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Must be able to work in any area of the restaurant
  • Ability to bend, stand, walk all day
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule
  • Must provide exceptional customer service
  • Must enjoy bantering and interacting with others
  • Punctuality, professionalism, and integrity
  • Solid leadership characteristics
  • Preferred 1 year high-volume restaurant supervisory experience in quick service or fast casual dining
  • Move or transport up to 50lbs without assistance unless medically restricted
  • Work 38-40 hours per week
  • Communicate with GM/AGM/DM about issues
  • Lead by example in quality, customer service, and appearance
  • Create consistent high-quality food
  • Maintain a cleaner restaurant than others
  • Ability to multitask and sense of urgency
  • Interface with customers
  • Full understanding of accountability and integrity
  • Key holder responsibilities
  • Perform all tasks related to opening and closing the store
  • Knows how to bake bread and perform all prep
  • Proficient in slicing

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Demonstrated leadership characteristics and ability to lead a crew of 2 to 5 people
