Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma
  • Two to three years of any combination of experience and/or education demonstrating knowledge of restaurant management
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Team building skills
  • Investigative and problem solving skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proof of insurance
  • Telephone or other reliable communication method
  • Accessibility to meet restaurant needs

Job Qualifications

  • Approximately two to three years of experience and/or education demonstrating commanding knowledge of restaurant management
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma required
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Team building skills
  • Investigative and problem solving skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems
  • Reliable personal transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Telephone or other reliable communication method
  • Accessibility to meet restaurant needs and maintain open door policy
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies

Job Duties

  • Provide quality product and customer service experience that ensures total customer satisfaction
  • Improve skills and performance of all Crew Persons
  • Support efforts to maximize sales and profits and minimize controllable costs by assisting management and leading work shift activities
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures regarding business and personnel practices
  • Model and encourage Company shared values
  • Demonstrate oral and written communication skills and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts
  • Attend training to remain current on industry trends
  • Participate in company meetings, webinars and conference calls
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and requirements
