Job Requirements

- Previous quick service restaurant retail or supervisory experience

- Food Manager Certification preferred
- Able to provide positive feedback and coaching
- Knowledge of delivery logistics helpful
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage and train team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills for balancing cash draw
Job Duties
- Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs
- Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
- Uphold Toppers policies and procedures
- provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed
- Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes
- Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile
- Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner
- Train new Team Members on daily tasks
- Balance cash draw and prepare deposit
