Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Food service certification preferred
  • Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
  • Ability to manage cash accurately
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and adaptable attitude under pressure

Job Duties

  • Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning
  • Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products, follows all product preparations procedures and maintains established product holding times
  • Commits to meeting the needs and expectations of customers, minimizes customer complaints and responds appropriately to customer needs
  • Follows all policies and procedures as outlined in the team member handbook including image, attendance, safety and security protocols
  • Exhibits core values, maintains a positive attitude, works well with others and adapts to change
  • Ensures adequate shift coverage, provides immediate feedback and corrects problems
  • Maintains product quality, customer service, and performance responsibilities including readiness, food and labor costs, and restaurant cleanliness within standards
  • Contributes to profit goals by managing labor and food costs using the FOCUS System
  • Executes cash management duties accurately
  • Assists in managing inventory levels to minimize loss
