Job Requirements

  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or similar environment
  • strong understanding of food safety, guest service, and restaurant operations
  • required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications
  • flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or similar environment
  • strong understanding of food safety, guest service, and restaurant operations
  • required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications
  • bilingual proficiency preferred
  • experience in training, mentoring, and developing team members preferred
  • familiarity with inventory and cash-handling processes preferred
  • proven ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • manage team dynamics and ensure operational excellence
  • serve as a key holder responsible for opening and closing the restaurant
  • identify, prioritize, and delegate tasks to team members
  • engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and address concerns
  • assist in hiring, training, and mentoring team members
  • maintain knowledge of FOH and BOH processes including recipe adherence, food safety, and cleanliness standards
  • support inventory management, prep levels, and conduct line checks
  • supervise cash handling ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies
  • complete and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory checklists
  • resolve guest or team member issues with urgency and professionalism
  • perform other duties or special projects as assigned
