Job Requirements
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or similar environment
- strong understanding of food safety, guest service, and restaurant operations
- required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications
- flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods

- required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications
- bilingual proficiency preferred
- experience in training, mentoring, and developing team members preferred
- familiarity with inventory and cash-handling processes preferred
- proven ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally
Job Duties
- Lead shifts with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- manage team dynamics and ensure operational excellence
- serve as a key holder responsible for opening and closing the restaurant
- identify, prioritize, and delegate tasks to team members
- engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and address concerns
- assist in hiring, training, and mentoring team members
- maintain knowledge of FOH and BOH processes including recipe adherence, food safety, and cleanliness standards
- support inventory management, prep levels, and conduct line checks
- supervise cash handling ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies
- complete and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory checklists
- resolve guest or team member issues with urgency and professionalism
- perform other duties or special projects as assigned
