Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must have access to an automobile during shifts
- Must have proof of vehicle insurance
- Must pass a background check
- Must have access to a telephone 24 hours a day
- Must be available to work assigned schedule including opening and closing the restaurant
- May be required to work temporarily at other locations

Job Duties
- Creates an in store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick and accurate service
- Provides guests a brand right environment for ordering and dining
- Communicates and follows up with guests to obtain feedback and identify improvement opportunities
- Resolves guest complaints promptly and courteously
- Handles incoming calls professionally
- Monitors and ensures menu products are prepared and served per standards
- Observes product holding times strictly
- Maintains attractive and rotated product displays
- Oversees proper food receiving, handling, and storage
- Assists with housekeeping to keep the restaurant clean and organized
- Ensures all tasks are completed safely
- Maintains outside grounds and parking lot
- Enforces safety and security policies
- Listens and follows directions
- Assigns job duties and ensures completion
- Provides performance feedback to team members
- Monitors dress code, appearance and attendance
- Responds positively to feedback
- Communicates honestly and courteously with guests and staff
- Positively promotes the company
- Conducts training and provides team feedback
