- be at least 18 years old
- have prior fast food or restaurant work experience
- be able to work under pressure
- follow specifications, policies, and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and by management
- be able to work in a team environment and promote teamwork
- be an effective communicator

- maintain an organized work area
- represent Firehouse Subs in a professional, positive manner at all times
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior fast food or restaurant work experience (2 years or more preferred)
- effective communication skills
- ability to work under pressure
- demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- manage food cost, labor, and controllable expenses within established guidelines
- lead and motivate team members to maintain productivity
- follow operational policies and procedures
- handle guest issues and resolve complaints
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
