Job Requirements

  • be at least 18 years old
  • have prior fast food or restaurant work experience
  • be able to work under pressure
  • follow specifications, policies, and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and by management
  • be able to work in a team environment and promote teamwork
  • be an effective communicator
  • have a good attitude
  • be reliable
  • maintain an organized work area
  • represent Firehouse Subs in a professional, positive manner at all times

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior fast food or restaurant work experience (2 years or more preferred)
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities
  • basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

  • supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • manage food cost, labor, and controllable expenses within established guidelines
  • lead and motivate team members to maintain productivity
  • follow operational policies and procedures
  • handle guest issues and resolve complaints
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
