Job Requirements
- Meet all minimum requirements of the Kitchen Lead and Team Member roles
- 1+ year of experience as a Shift Leader or Supervisor
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurant, retail, or hospitality
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
- Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Step into any station as needed during shifts especially peak hours or understaffing
- Handle first-level customer concerns including allergy-sensitive order building
- Oversee multiple tasks including line operations, tech tools, and guest interactions simultaneously
- Communicate clearly to delegate tasks, problem-solve, and align team and customer needs
- Monitor food quality, order accuracy, safety protocols, and digital reporting
- Enforce food safety procedures and prevent cross-contamination
- Ensure team compliance with restaurant policies and maintain a safe environment
