Job Requirements
- Meet all minimum requirements of the Kitchen Lead role including team member functions
- 1+ year experience in shift leader or supervisor role
- experience in fast-paced restaurant retail or hospitality environments
- ability to coordinate multiple tasks and maintain operational standards
- ability to speak read write and understand the primary work language
- ability to work at least 30 hours per week
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Step into any station during shifts especially during peak hours
- handle first-level customer concerns and allergy-related order building
- oversee multiple tasks and systems simultaneously including line operations and guest interactions
- delegate tasks clearly and problem-solve in real time
- monitor food quality, order accuracy, and safety protocols
- enforce food safety procedures and allergen awareness
- ensure compliance with restaurant policies and maintain a safe environment
- remain calm and professional under pressure
- perform kitchen lead and team member functions as required
