Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
  • Ability to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
  • Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
  • Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license preferred and required at specific locations
  • Meet driving qualifications as required by company policy

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team
  • Set the morale and tone of the team
  • Provide feedback and coach team members
  • Open and close the store with little to no supervision
  • Ensure the quality of food and beverages
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment
  • Foster a positive work environment
