Job Requirements

  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or similar environment
  • strong understanding of food safety, guest service, and restaurant operations
  • required state alcohol-server certification
  • required Manager ServSafe certification
  • flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • ability to stand or walk for extended periods

  • strong understanding of food safety, guest service, and restaurant operations
  • required state alcohol-server certification
  • required Manager ServSafe certification
  • flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds
  • bilingual proficiency preferred
  • experience in training, mentoring, and developing team members preferred
  • familiarity with inventory and cash-handling processes preferred
  • proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts focusing on exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
  • serve as key holder responsible for opening and closing the restaurant
  • delegate tasks efficiently to keep operations running smoothly
  • engage actively with guests to meet their needs and resolve concerns
  • assist in hiring, training, and mentoring team members
  • maintain knowledge of FOH and BOH processes including recipe adherence and food safety
  • support inventory management and conduct line checks
  • supervise cash handling ensuring accuracy and policy adherence
  • complete health, safety, and compliance checklists
  • resolve team and guest issues promptly and professionally
  • perform additional duties or special projects as assigned
