Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
- ability to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession or ability to acquire ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- possession of current valid state issued driver’s license where required
- meet company driving qualifications

Job Duties
- collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team
- set the morale and tone for the team
- provide feedback and coach team members when needed
- open and close the store with little to no supervision
- ensure the quality of food and beverages served
- maintain a safe and clean store environment
- uphold company standards and policies
