Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- Must pass background check according to local, state, and federal laws
- Must possess or be able to obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training completion
- Possess a valid state-issued driver's license if required by location and meet company driving qualifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- ServSafe Certification or ability to acquire before leadership training completion
- Valid state driver's license if required by location
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
Job Duties
- Collaborate with General Manager to motivate and lead the team
- Provide feedback and coach team members when needed
- Open and close the store with minimal supervision
- Ensure quality of food and beverages served
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Set morale and tone for the team
- Help grow team members and support their career development
