Job Duties
- assist gm in achieving restaurant's staffing and development goals
- assist gm in monitoring and improving employee morale
- personally coach staff
- support training of employees
- ensure safety is everyone's top priority
- ensure compliance with all applicable laws
- ensure compliance with all company policies
- assist gm in achieving sales and profits to plan
- display urgency in correcting daily financial control deficiencies
- deliver and improve delivery of operational standards
- ensure execution of excellent customer service
- execute shift deployment as the mic
- assist gm to ensure all food safety and brand standards are executed
- open or close restaurant as required
- perform other duties as assigned
