  • assist gm in monitoring and improving employee morale
  • personally coach staff
  • support training of employees
  • ensure safety is everyone's top priority
  • ensure compliance with all applicable laws
  • ensure compliance with all company policies
  • assist gm in achieving sales and profits to plan
  • display urgency in correcting daily financial control deficiencies
  • deliver and improve delivery of operational standards
  • ensure execution of excellent customer service
  • execute shift deployment as the mic
  • assist gm to ensure all food safety and brand standards are executed
  • open or close restaurant as required
