Job Duties

  • Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all guests
  • support store leadership by maintaining operations during shifts
  • communicate pertinent information to team and management
  • monitor production efficiency
  • hold team accountable to company standards and procedures
  • assist in training and coaching team members
  • prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
  • support and work alongside the Cookie Crew
  • ensure a safe, clean working environment and adhere to safe food handling practices
  • manage cash handling and deposits
