Job Duties
- Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all guests
- support store leadership by maintaining operations during shifts
- communicate pertinent information to team and management
- monitor production efficiency
- hold team accountable to company standards and procedures
- assist in training and coaching team members
- prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
- support and work alongside the Cookie Crew
- ensure a safe, clean working environment and adhere to safe food handling practices
- manage cash handling and deposits
