Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work early hours and varied shifts, including weekends
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Experience in a food service environment is a plus
Job Duties
- Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience
- Set the morale and tone of the team and provide coaching and feedback
- Open and close the store with little to no supervision
- Ensure quality of food and beverages served
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Support team members in their roles and foster a positive work atmosphere
- Help manage daily operations and resolve any issues promptly
