Job Requirements
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or similar environment
- Strong understanding of food safety, guest service, and restaurant operations
- Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or similar environment
- Strong understanding of food safety, guest service, and restaurant operations
- Required state alcohol-server certification
- Manager ServSafe certification
- Bilingual proficiency preferred
- Experience in training, mentoring, and developing team members preferred
- Familiarity with inventory and cash-handling processes preferred
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism preferred
Job Duties
- Lead shifts to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage team dynamics and ensure operational excellence
- Serve as a key holder responsible for opening and closing the restaurant
- Delegate tasks to team members to maintain efficiency
- Engage with guests to meet their needs and resolve concerns
- Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring team members
- Maintain FOH and BOH process knowledge including food safety and cleanliness
- Support inventory management, prep levels, and conduct line checks
- Supervise cash handling and ensure adherence to company policies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Resolve guest and team member issues professionally
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
