Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable
- Must possess or be able to obtain ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
- Possession of a valid state issued driver’s license preferred at specific locations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work early morning and varied hours
- ServSafe Certification or ability to acquire prior to leadership training
Job Duties
- Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience
- Provide feedback and coach team members
- Open and close the store with little to no supervision
- Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment
- Set the morale and tone of the team
- Manage store operations during shifts
