Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience operating point of sales systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask
- Leadership experience preferred
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all guests
- Support store leadership by maintaining operations during the shift and communicating relevant information
- Monitor production efficiency and hold team accountable to standards and procedures
- Assist in training and coaching team members
- Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
- Support and work alongside the cookie crew
- Provide a safe, clean working environment and adhere to food handling practices
- Manage cash handling and deposits
