Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass a background check as applicable
- Must possess or be able to acquire a ServSafe Certification prior to completing leadership training
- Possession of a current valid state-issued driver’s license preferred at certain locations and must meet company driving qualifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
Job Duties
- Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate and lead the team
- Provide feedback and coach team members to improve performance
- Open and close the store with minimal supervision
- Maintain high standards of food quality and beverage preparation
- Ensure the store environment is safe, clean, and well-organized
- Set the morale and tone for the team during shifts
- Uphold compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
