Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be 18 years or older
- must be able to work varied hours and days including early hours and weekends
- must pass background check in accordance with applicable laws
- must have or acquire ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion
- possession of a current valid state-issued driver’s license if required
- ability to meet physical demands of the job

Job Duties
- Collaborate with General Manager to motivate team members
- set the morale and tone of the team
- provide feedback and coach team members
- open and close the store with little to no supervision
- ensure quality of food and beverages
