Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in leadership role within restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to coach and develop team members
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to operate technology systems including POS
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities during busy shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to train and mentor team members
  • Familiarity with POS systems and employee management software
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to handle guest complaints professionally

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management team during peak periods and in absence of manager
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings with team members
  • Set and coach shift goals with team members
  • Manage team member behaviors and conduct disciplinary sessions
  • Monitor food safety and quality throughout the shift
  • Perform end-of-night and morning paperwork
  • Operate POS system and manage orders
  • Handle guest relations and address complaints
  • Conduct team member interviews and training
  • Monitor labor and cost controls
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures
