Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- fluent in English
- certified in all stations following the DHC Training Program
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment

- reliable transportation with a driver’s license and proof of insurance

Job Qualifications
- Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred
- certified in all stations following the DHC Training Program

Job Duties
- Supervise fellow coworkers while they work
- monitor their performance
- ensure compliance with company and safety policies
- delegate tasks appropriately
- follow the DHC Training Program steps to learn and train new skills
- communicate training needs to supervisor
- perform ops walks and Q&A checks
- organize shift schedules and monitor attendance
- assign duties based on roles and skills
- greet guests and serve food with a positive attitude
- ensure team members prepare menu items correctly
- operate kitchen machinery such as fryers and ice cream dispensers
- oversee restaurant cleanliness
- handle guest complaints professionally
- maintain uniform and appearance standards
- provide feedback and direction to team members
- communicate performance issues to management
- train new and current team members
- balance cash drawers and prepare deposits
- enforce restaurant policies and management directives
