Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to work varied hours and days as dictated by business needs including early hours and weekends
  • Must pass background check compliant with local, state, and federal laws
  • Must possess or be able to acquire ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
  • Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver’s license when required at specific locations and meet company driving qualifications

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in team leadership or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to motivate and coach team members
  • Knowledge of food safety and store operations
  • ServSafe Certification or ability to acquire prior to leadership training

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with General Manager to motivate and support the team
  • Set the morale and tone of the team during shifts
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members as needed
  • Open and close the store with little to no supervision
  • Ensure quality of food and beverage products served
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment
  • Support team growth and career development
