Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work varied hours and days as dictated by business needs including early hours and weekends
Must pass background check compliant with local, state, and federal laws
Must possess or be able to acquire ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver’s license when required at specific locations and meet company driving qualifications

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in team leadership or customer service preferred
Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to motivate and coach team members
Knowledge of food safety and store operations
ServSafe Certification or ability to acquire prior to leadership training

Job Duties

Collaborate with General Manager to motivate and support the team
Set the morale and tone of the team during shifts
Provide coaching and feedback to team members as needed
Open and close the store with little to no supervision
Ensure quality of food and beverage products served
Maintain a safe and clean store environment
Support team growth and career development
