Job Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment with increasing responsibility
Strong interpersonal skills
Effective communication abilities
Reliable and flexible scheduling based on store needs
Quality-minded with keen attention to detail
Passionate about chocolate
Physical stamina to stand for long hours and remain active during shifts
Ability to move quickly between tasks, multitask, and stay organized
Ability to bend, squat, reach, and lift 15-40 pounds as necessary
Ability to maintain cleanliness in the store environment

Job Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities
Demonstrated leadership traits and the desire to build a career in retail management

Job Duties

Deliver outstanding customer experience
Provide training and support to store associates to ensure production goals are met
Lead in-store tasks during each shift exemplifying store and brand standards
Ensure effective movement on the sales floor
Assist in accurate product merchandising
Lead the follow-through of all food safety protocols
Target sales objectives and assist in achieving store compliance and loss prevention standards
Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and improvements
Perform other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager
