Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide product over 50 pounds
  • Ability to reach above head to heights greater than 10 inches
  • Flexibility to work shifts starting as early as 5 am or ending as late as 11 pm including weekends
  • Positive attitude towards changing priorities
  • Friendly communication style with team and customers
  • Ability to work hard in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and merchandising
  • Ability to learn new skills across multiple store areas
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training programs

Job Duties

  • Serve as store responsible person during assigned shifts in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
  • Unpack stock deliveries maintaining a quick pace
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the store including registers and helping customers locate items
  • Ensure the entire store is clean and organized including parking lot, sales floor, breakroom, and warehouse
  • Learn and complete tasks in bakery, produce area, and promotional set-ups
  • Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to complete tasks
  • Act as a team player contributing to overall store operations
