Job Requirements
- must possess adequate knowledge of wine varietals and beer styles
- prior restaurant experience required
- must be age 21 or older and have TABC certification
- must possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money
- ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- lead, manage and hold people accountable
- ensure floor presence including conducting 100 percent table touches, placing right people in right seats, ensuring no guest leaves unhappy, and leading by example
- manage labor metrics on shifts assigned
- receive, review, and resolve complaints from guests
- utilize cues during service to proactively identify a customer’s dissatisfaction and pivot to create a positive experience
- maintain safety and sanitation standards
- ensure completion of opening and closing duties
