Job Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- prior supervisory experience preferred
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- ability to lift and move up to 65 pounds
- capable of standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching frequently
- must meet legal age requirements for selling alcohol and tobacco
- ability to work safely in varying environmental conditions
- strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Greet every customer with a smile, thank them for their business, and invite them back
- perform cashier duties, including ringing up sales, applying promotions, and ensuring accuracy
- provide fast, friendly service and promote store products and services
- maintain store cleanliness, including sales floor, coolers, pumps, and foodservice areas
- stock, rotate, and label shelves, coolers, and displays
- manage food service and beverage programs to maximize sales and compliance
- check in vendors and communicate as needed
- lead completion of key store tasks and support special projects
- assist with schedule adjustments and communicate changes to the Store Manager
- partner with Store and Assistant Managers to coach and motivate team members
- ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (alcohol, tobacco, Lotto, etc.)
- perform additional duties as assigned
