Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience
- 2 or more years of previous restaurant, hospitality, or coffee experience strongly preferred
- Passion for the mission, vision, and values of Sherman Associates
- Availability for part-time work including both weekdays and weekends
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to following operational policies and safety protocols

Job Duties
- Assists management in monitoring day-to-day activities of team members
- Assigns responsibilities to team members before and throughout the shift
- Manages multiple priorities and acts quickly and effectively while maintaining self-composure
- Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles
- Supports Store Manager in ordering, scheduling, payroll, and accounting
- Takes and fills customer orders providing quality beverages and food products that meet recipe and presentation standards
- Drives results with ongoing promotions and achieving store goals
- Maintains a calm demeanor during high volume periods and sets positive example for the team
- Executes store operations during scheduled shifts including opening and closing duties
- Ensures cleanliness and smooth operation of the store including public restrooms
- Knows when to escalate situations to management
- Completes other tasks as assigned based on business needs
