Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license and car insurance
  • completion of required training, checklists, and quizzes including annual re-certification
  • minimum 2 years restaurant or equivalent experience preferred
  • ability to manage time and organize tasks
  • motivated and detail oriented
  • strong communication with team members and guests
  • customer service excellence
  • flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work minimum three shift leader shifts per pay period

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license and car insurance
  • successful completion of required training and on-the-job checklists
  • NRA ServSafe food and alcohol certifications preferred
  • minimum 2 years of restaurant or equivalent experience preferred
  • demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • motivated and detail oriented with passion for brand and teaching
  • effective communication skills
  • superior guest service, communication, and listening skills
  • flexibility to adapt to change
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, alcohol safety, safety and security systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise employees during scheduled shifts
  • adhere to company policies and procedures
  • keep the restaurant clean and well-maintained
  • resolve guest concerns effectively
  • follow all company standard operating procedures
  • mentor team members through personal and professional growth
  • prepare all menu items from scratch according to recipes and quality standards

  • achieve financial results by managing sales, cost of goods, labor, and operating expenses
  • perform all assigned duties
