Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and car insurance
  • Completion of required training and quizzes
  • Two years of restaurant or equivalent experience preferred
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Internally motivated and detail oriented
  • Ability to quickly learn and incorporate new ideas
  • Effective communication skills
  • Superior guest service and listening abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to change
  • Availability to work a minimum of three shift leader shifts per period
  • Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, sanitation, alcohol safety, and security systems preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of required training and on-the-job checklists and quizzes including annual re-certification
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Internally motivated and detail oriented with a passion for the brand and teaching others
  • Ability to quickly grasp and retain new ideas and concepts
  • Effective communication skills with team members, guests, and vendors
  • Superior guest service, communication and listening skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays

  • Supervise employees during scheduled shifts

  • Create exceptional guest service experiences
  • Achieve financial results by following systems and standards
  • Analyze business metrics such as sales, cost of goods, labor and operating expenses
  • Perform all duties as assigned
