Job Requirements

  • Must be completely certified in all stations using the Blaze Training Program
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
  • Must have reliable personal transportation to work, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
  • Must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant
  • Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts
  • Ability to get results through others and take initiative
  • Organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Ability to comfortably interact with all guests and coworkers
  • Ability to view restaurant operations from the guest’s perspective
  • Ability to meet performance standards
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to bend and stoop
  • Able to work around heat and in close quarters
  • Able to lift 50-75 lbs comfortably

Job Qualifications

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, guests, and coworkers
  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus
  • Completed certification in all stations using the Blaze Training Program
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Organizational, planning, and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Effectively and consistently perform operational walks and line checks to correct areas of opportunity
  • Ensure all guests consistently receive fast, fun, and friendly service characterized by big friendly smiles, lively fun interactions, always saying yes to guest requests, and exceeding expectations
  • Consistently enforce and maintain Blaze Pizza standards
  • Suggest ways to improve areas of opportunity to restaurant management
  • Follow the Blaze Training Method to train new skills and responsibilities
  • Provide direction, supervision, and feedback to team members to maintain productivity and morale
  • Complete all required administrative duties and paperwork including checklists
  • Plan, organize, and implement daily operational routines
  • Communicate team member performance to the General Manager and address performance issues
  • Support goals and decisions of restaurant management
  • Follow company guidelines for food, cash controls, and cost management
  • Supervise and perform opening and closing duties as directed
  • Establish an environment of trust and open communication
  • Act as a positive role model for the team
