Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to lift and carry products over 50 pounds
- Ability to reach above head to heights greater than 10 inches
- Flexibility to work shifts starting as early as 5am or ending as late as 11pm including weekends
- Positive attitude toward changing priorities
- Friendly communication style with team members and customers
- Ability to work hard in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience in retail or grocery operations is a plus but not mandatory
- Leadership skills or previous supervisory experience is advantageous
- Willingness to learn multiple store operations including bakery and produce handling
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
Job Duties
- Serve as the responsible person in charge of the store during assigned shifts in the absence of management
- Unpack and stock deliveries promptly and efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers throughout the store and answering their questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire store including parking lot, sales floor, breakroom, and warehouse
- Learn and participate in various store departments such as bakery operations, produce handling, and promotional setups
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to complete daily tasks
- Support overall team efforts and foster a positive work environment
