- Balancing and assigning cash registers
- daily inventory
- providing great customer service
- good communications skills
- processing returns and refunds and resolving customer complaints
- ensuring cashiers are upselling and providing great customer service
- maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen
- ensure all food is of the best quality
- managing quote times
- making sure all employees are doing their assigned task
- make sure the store is up to Wingstop inspections standards
- following all company policies
