Job Description
Duties: Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring efficiancy and adhernace to company standards. Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance, training and supoort to foster and positive work environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure an outstanding dining experience. Maintain cleanliness, organiztion and safetly protocols throughout the restaurant environment.
Skills: Knowledge of POS systems. Excellent leadership skills with previous management experience in food service environments. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly approach that enhances guest satisfaction. Experience in managing shifts efficiently while maintaining high quality service. Strong organizational skills.
