Job Description

Duties:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring efficiancy and adhernace to company standards.
  • Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance, training and supoort to foster and positive work environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure an outstanding dining experience. 
  • Maintain cleanliness, organiztion and safetly protocols throughout the restaurant environment.

 

Skills: 

  • Knowledge of POS systems.
  • Excellent leadership skills with previous management experience in food service environments.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly approach that enhances guest satisfaction.
  • Experience in managing shifts efficiently while maintaining high quality service.
  • Strong organizational skills.
