Job Description
Duties:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring efficiancy and adhernace to company standards.
- Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance, training and supoort to foster and positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure an outstanding dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, organiztion and safetly protocols throughout the restaurant environment.
Skills:
- Knowledge of POS systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with previous management experience in food service environments.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly approach that enhances guest satisfaction.
- Experience in managing shifts efficiently while maintaining high quality service.
- Strong organizational skills.
