Job Requirements
- Able to work either dayshift (2x2x3) or night shift (4x4) schedule
- minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-speed production or manufacturing environment
- bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, or business science preferred or equivalent work experience
- knowledge of can making operations, cost management, and LEAN concepts
- strong analytical and communication skills
- strategic thinker with planning ability
- ability to take initiative and work effectively
- understanding of hygiene, food safety, and health and safety legislation including environmental and safe work practices

Job Duties
- Operate with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, guiding and monitoring team members in their adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards
- guide the team to utilize World Class Supply Chain 5S practices
- use key performance indicators to optimize team performance
- interpret production plan schedule requirements
- implement programs, policies, and procedures to ensure operational excellence
- coordinate efforts and resources across teams to achieve shared goals
- foster continuous development of team members through coaching and leadership
