Job Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or related field preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Ensures complete and timely execution of marketing programs
- Ensures a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
- Provides regular feedback to the team and Restaurant General Manager
- Supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner
- Takes ownership and responsibility of resolving problems
- Provides help and guidance to others
