Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or related field preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
  • Ensures complete and timely execution of marketing programs
  • Ensures a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
  • Provides regular feedback to the team and Restaurant General Manager
  • Supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner
  • Takes ownership and responsibility of resolving problems
  • Provides help and guidance to others
