Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
  • Physical stamina to work 40-50 hours per week
  • Ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction, and basic fractions
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms, talk, listen, and have good vision including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
  • Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to work in a moderately noisy environment
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service and teamwork

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous food service or fast-food experience preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience advantageous
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and understanding fractions
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks required in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees
  • Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the unit to ensure a minimum loss from waste and theft
  • Assist in the supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food
  • Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
  • Assist team members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency
  • Complete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products
  • Assist in daily and weekly paperwork
  • Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment and supplies
  • Perform other related duties as required
