Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
  • physical stamina to work 40-50 hours per week
  • ability to stand, walk, reach, talk, and perform manual tasks
  • occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • able to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
  • ability to meet the physical demands of the job
  • willingness to follow safety and operational procedures
  • commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in food service or fast food operations
  • leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and understanding fractions
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees
  • delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies to minimize loss
  • assist in the supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food
  • supervise food preparation and service operations on duty
  • assist team members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency
  • complete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products
  • assist in daily and weekly paperwork
  • assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment and supplies
  • perform other related duties as required
