Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
- physical stamina to work 40-50 hours per week
- ability to stand, walk, reach, talk, and perform manual tasks
- occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- able to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- ability to meet the physical demands of the job

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food service or fast food operations
- leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and understanding fractions
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees
- delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies to minimize loss
- assist in the supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food
- supervise food preparation and service operations on duty
- assist team members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency
- complete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products
- assist in daily and weekly paperwork
- assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment and supplies
- perform other related duties as required
