Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in bakery or retail
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Capability to delegate and manage team performance
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to uphold food safety and company policies

Job Duties
- Prioritizes the guest experience and models superior guest engagement
- Partners with the Bakery Manager in leading all aspects of guest experience, cake production, merchandising, P&L management and inventory control
- Supports the Bakery Manager in recruiting, training, and coaching team members
- Ensures product, service, environment and merchandising standards are upheld and operations comply with safety and NBC policies
- Assists with operational and administrative responsibilities including scheduling, ordering supplies, sales and labor reporting, accounting, and payroll
- Co-manages special order fulfillment including complex corporate orders and deliveries
- Facilitates opening and closing of the bakery, including cash-drawer balancing and bank deposits
