Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to resolve conflicts and provide effective feedback
  • willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
  • physical ability to stand and move for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in fast food or restaurant environment preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • problem-solving skills
  • ability to lead by example
  • knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties

  • ensure food quality and hundred percent customer satisfaction
  • ensure complete and timely execution of marketing programs
  • ensure a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
  • provide regular feedback to the team and the restaurant general manager
  • resolve problems efficiently and seek help when appropriate
  • provide help and guidance to team members
  • lead shifts in a self-sufficient manner
