Job Duties
- Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Ensure complete and timely execution of marketing programs
- Ensure a safe working environment by modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
- Provide regular feedback to the team and restaurant general manager
- Run shifts in a self-sufficient manner maintaining operational standards
- Take ownership and responsibility for resolving problems
- Provide help and guidance to team members
